This place IS A JOKE!!! first, they billed the wrong insurance (I think everyone knows Kaiser isn't a dental group duh!) Then after numerous unanswered voicemails and getting the run around for weeks, without EVER getting back to me, they tried to bill me $2000!!! the worst part is after getting my bill down to 6 hundred something, for a mistake that was THEIR OWN FAULT,i was so tired of trying to deal with them I agreed to make payments, then after my second payment THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS!!! How does this happen!? Insensitive people who work there, namely one person, PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY THEIR MONEY!!! I never knew a company that makes you pay for their mistake, what kind of business are you running? From other reviews on other websites I find THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE SWINDLED PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY! I'm considering taking them to small claims court I feel violated and I wish you find a better office that won't dissapoint you and disrespect you the way they have done to me. The Doctor is probably a good doctor but his front office manager is not very truthful. She deceived me on my bill and charged almost 500 dollars more than what she first told me. His office took me to court to collect thier deceptive bill. After collecting what they said the procedure will take upfront before the procedure they sent me a bill two months after claiming their was a mistake. more
