Ann's Health Food Center & Market

At 6:25 p.m. I arrived at Ann?s trying to get a smoothie after my workout. The hours posted on the door indicate the Cafe is opened until 6:45 pm Mon-Sat. When I reached the door, I asked a gentleman tidying up the entrance area if the Cafe was still opened. He said welllllll, not sure, you have to see. I went over to the Caf??s counter and everyone at the back of the counter ignored me. I then just asked the question if the Cafe was closed; the young lady said yes. I told her it was only 6:30 p.m. She said nothing. I stated that it was bad customer service and bad business practice for hours posted incorrect or not consistent with hours the worker?s kept. I left Ann?s with out a smoothie. I sincerely try to support local businesses but when you pay money and receive poor service, you must say something. This is not an isolated incident; it is just the one that made me comment on what could be a very good establishment in Oak Cliff. If there was any competition, Ann's doors might not be open or better yet, the service would be remarkable more times than not. more

ann's is good for the health food junkie who lives in oak cliff and doesn't feel like driving to newflower market or sprouts to shop. they've got some good items, but i was rather disappointed in their lack of produce. they only had a few vegetable options, and they were all pretty old and squishy. all in all, not a bad place to pick up food, but i can't get all my grocery shopping done at once there, which means i might as well just take the time to go to a store where i can get everything in one fell swoop. The entire staff was knowledgeable. Their customer service is the best and I never have to wait in line or for a staff member. Never stop being available for your loyal customers. Pros: The most knowledgeable staff Cons: Not enough stores like this one more

I have long been a fan of Ann's Health Food. The food from both the store and cafe are great. However, the customer service and wait time are consistently bad...and it appears to be getting worse. Pros: Good food and smoothies from the Cafe Cons: Horrible customer service and extremely slow more

I love Ann's. They have everything I need :), although not everything I want. Unfortunately, no power pops :(. But they do carry both healthy groceries and quality supplements. Pros: Great parking. Great service. reasonable prices. Cons: I want to buy it all so I may spend too much money. more

Great people they are very helpful and have supplements for everything. This is the only herbal place in Oak cliif and has been around for many years. more

This health food store has been around for many years, I went to high school with the owners children and now I take my children there-the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they go out of there way to make sure you receive the best help possible and they give great suggestions. I tell all my friends & family about this place it is a Diamond for us that live in Oak Cliff. We love Tim and Mat -they are very good people and so is the rest of the staff. Also they have a wonderful grill and smoothie cafe in this store it too gets a 5 star rating*****!!!!!!! more
