I'm not quite sure if MC C. and I are both speaking of the same restaurant, but I'm talking about the one on Clark Street next to Café Hookah. I wasn't aware there was a buffet option at this restaurant.
In any case, it's a quaint little shop that looks like it was converted from another restaurant. The food was delicious, but I was disappointed at the Pho, which is the sole reason I love vietnamese restaurants. Of all the vietnamese restaurants I've been to, this place serves the small bowl of Pho I have ever seen in my life. It was tasty, but if you're famliar with Pho noodle shops at all, you know that they're usually served in these HUGE bowls. That was not the case here. The bowl was only the size of a large soup bowl. :(
