Great experience, will continue to use in the future 8/16/2013

We've been using Anna's Chemdry services for a couple of years because we have a dog and we also have them sanitize. They are very thorough and we're very satisfied with their service. Very prompt when you make an appointment and they show up on a timely basis. They stand by their work and if they miss something or something is wrong, they correct it. Just a good experience. more

Very good prompt and interested in the work 8/15/2013

I think I saw an ad in the bulletin for Anna's Carpet Cleaning. I had used Chemdry a couple of other time but they retired so I was looking for another service. They're good and my carpet came out great. Once we get settled after our move, I'll probably call them again to clean the furniture--it's looking kinda shabby. more

I had my carpets cleaned by Anna's Chem-Dry for the first time when a coworker recommended them to me and I must say I was extremely pleased with the results! The employees were very helpful and so friendly. I was impressed that they talked me through everything they were going to do before starting and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I could tell they really knew what they were talking about and it showed in how great the carpets turned out! Pros: Very helpful, carpets looked great, carpets dried fast more

These people will leave your carpets soaking wet, charge you more than they told you, then harrass you if you complain. The positive reviews must have been left by members of the family/company itself-note how they were left on the same date. They bragged to me that they are the ""number one carpet cleaning franchise."" Hmm, if I were going to chose a franchise to buy, what would be the biggest factor? PROFITS! more
