Untrustworthy, period. Made an appointment for boarding my dog two months in advance and was required to make an appointment for shots - you all know the routine. First visit cost me $220 and was told that my dog must return for a booster one week later. During the office visit for the booster shot, another $25, I reconfirmed the appointment dates for boarding my dog. Their words, ""All is well and ready"", and they read back the dates. In addition they sent a nice thank you card that ended with, ""...see you at boarding time"".One day before my trip I checked and was told that I did not have a reservation. Was I upset or what? The next morning I had unrefundable reservations to fly to Nevada. Thankfully, for a considerable sum, a neighbor took care of my dog. Putting everything together, I can just imagine that they likely used sugar water for my dogs shoots. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me.
