In response to the previous post, I would say that I have to defend the store. Angelo is not a lying man and he owns up to it when he screws up. Out of all the years that I have been going to the store, I have never had a bad experience as was previously described. On occasion, I have had a couple of dry-cleaning orders that came back bad, but that wasn't his fault and he even took the time to get me reimbursed through the dry-cleaning company that he uses. That is the reason that I have ranked it as a four star service, because of occasional bad dry-cleaning, but other than that I have no complaints about Angelo. He has given me a discount on a number of occasions and is always interested to hear what I have to say. Never have I had an experience where he has refused to take care of me, lied to me, or shown any blatant disrespect towards me. Also, anytime I have had anything tailored by Angelo, it has come back in pristine condition. So do not believe everything that was said in the last obviously spiteful post. From my experience with Angelo, and the numerous times that I have been waiting in line and I heard him tell customers that there was defects in the clothing they were going to have tailored, I am inclined to believe that Angelo was telling the truth and would have no reason to lie about accidently damaging a customer's clothing.
