Awesome Customer Service 4/5/2016

Andrews Transmission recently worked on my Jeep Wrangler. They were VERY responsive to every question and concern I had over the repairs. I was kept up to date with information regarding my repairs every step of the way through emails and telephone calls. I arranged to drop off my jeep at my convenience and the work as completed on schedule as I had hoped. Andrews Transmission was very respectful of my time and flexible with my schedules. My jeep and I are back on the road!!! more

replace tranny 3/21/2016

Rolled the dice on a used transmission, and Delaine fully explained my options but so far good but only put a couple hundred miles and running and shifting nice an smooth. will put the car thru more miles when possible however Great people to work with and easy going. So far I will use them again . more

Fixed Right the First Time 2/24/2016

I took my truck to Andrews for a check engine light. It turns out that the problem was due to shoddy work previously done on the truck for the same problem. Delaine and her team fixed the truck and it is now running as well as it did the day I bought it, 14 years and 135,000 miles ago. I would recommend them to a friend in a heart beat. more

Great customer service 1/27/2016

I have always had great service, but the last visit was not so great. I brought my truck in for the second time for warranty work, but i was told i needed to do a tune up before the warranty work on my transmission could be completed. Not sure how to feel about that just yet. I will do the tune up and see how this all plays out. more

Fixed right. 1/23/2016

Andrews Transmission fixed a problem that had been previously worked on but had not been done correctly. My truck is running better than it has in years. The work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. more

Delaine and company are true professionals in the best sense of the word. I'm proud to call them my mechanics because of their knowledge, experience, courtesy, promptness, honesty and reliability. I've been going to Andrew's for all repairs for like 4 years now. They just did a ton of work to my dad's jeep, and they went in blind, because no one knew exactly what he destroyed on that thing. I'm pretty sure he's spending more than the jeep is worth, but that was his call. They're very nice, and the owner has even done more than was required of her to help me out during tough times with my own vehicle. more
