Great Dive Shop 11/27/2011

I am a certifed diver from Florida and was very happy to find this great dive shop. I have been out of the water for about 10 years and needed a scuba refresher. Dennis was the patient instructor that got me back into diving. Andy, one of the owners, really know his stuff and took the time to get my old equipment back into shape. From my experience I can say that Anderson's repairs are excellent, with very fair prices and fast turn around. Great customer service too... I purchased a light, took it on one dive and it stopped working. I brought it back and they exchanged it right over the counter more

worse customer service imaginable 11/1/2007

Look for alternative places but if you absolutely need to sign up here for lessons, be prepared for the dreadful service. The people who work here are rude, abrupt and absolutely inflexible. And don't even try to reason with them, all you will get is sarcasm. They are quite busy but as a result, unfortunately, they don't seem to care about you as an individual. more
