Anchor is the only Pool Supply Store I will go to. They are very friendly and don't pressure you into buying chemicals when they test your water, no matter who runs the test!

Great place to shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a pool from them this year and my family and I have had nothing but fun and good times in it!! I had warranty issues with my pump and they did everything in their power to help me get it resolved, within a few days, everything was taken care of!! I have been to other places and there is no other pool store in the area that is more helpful and honest!! more

bad business at anchor pools STAY AWAY 8/25/2010

do yourself a favor stay away from anchor pools i bought a liner for close to 500 dollars when we put it in there are 3 cuts all 32 inches apart they have to know it came from them or the factory that way.after three weeks of back and forth their going to replace it with a basic i can get for a quarter of that price aren't they nice.THEY ARE THE WORST BUISNESS PEOPLE I'VE COME ACROSS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR STUFF I WOULD NOT BUY A A SIMPLE NET FROM THEM STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.guess we're going to the paper for some thoughts right next to thje best of south jersey ad channel ten to HARRY HARRIS then small claims court. time to stop these people. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY THEY SHOULD TRY IT. more

No warrenties on there pools! 5/24/2010

Do not buy an above ground pool from them! The pools have NO warrenty that they say they have when they are trying to sell the pool to you. They suggest never say you have to use there installer then when there is a problem they just pass the buck! The warrenty company that they said came with the pool was the most ruddest people I have ever talked to. My husband and I got a pool from here and never got to swim one day in it and it is nobody problem but ours! As I talk to friends they say they got a pool from them and had problems with the pool rusting over time and wen wanted to use the warrenty there was no company to contact! Word of advise DO NOT BUY A ABOVE GROUND POOL FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE SEEING MORE ABOUT THIS ON THE NEWS AND NEWSPAPER!! more

Great prices 11/11/2008

My family won't buy chemical for our pool anywhere else. They have the best price around and great service. They don't make you feel like you have to buy extra chemical when they test your water.\r ( for free) Friendly and helpful sales staff. more
