An Icy Hot Mechanical

Mario was wonderful in installing a mini split for our restaurant. It took a little time to organize getting ladders, etc. as our roof was extra high up, but once he arrived, the work was installed neatly and efficiently. His prices can't be beat, hands down, and I am very happy with his service! Will definitely use again! more

It is truly ashame that you can't rely on a business person's word. Reliability is paramount when you have a business and working with the public. Mario continues to be unreliable! Committing to something and then not following through, not showing up and not be able to be reached. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. I initially used IcyHot and thought the service was great. Mario was dedicated, knowledgeable, and the prices very reasonable. Due to my first experience, I remained loyal and attempted to use Icy Hot services several times again. Unfortunately for me, that was a mistake, as more than once Mario from Icy Hot constantly never showed up and repeatedly told me he was in traffic. I ended up wasting over several days of waiting for him to show up on more than one service incident, for him to completely stop responding and just never show up, more than once!!! That's outrageous! It was a total waste of my time, all while I could have contacted a more professional a/c repair company that would have been more considerate of my time and acted much more professionally. Mario acted like he cared, but in the end, he just never showed up or followed up or even communicated appropriately to me. I would NEVER reccommend Icy Hot to anyone ever again. I found Icy Hot Mechanical online while shopping for a new Gas Boiler for my home in Brooklyn, NY. They were at least half the price of my local boiler repair guy, it seems that my local heating repair company was either trying to rip me off, or doesn't have the inside pricing like Icy Hot Mechanical does. Either way, I only paid $2300 for a new Gas Boiler, when other people wanted double that price. They came to my home for a Free Estimate first.
