Great people great place 1/12/2011

We’ve had a storage space here for years and have always been pleased with the service and reasonable rates. Jo and Nick have taken customer service to a new level. We’ve made some unusual requests when it came to our storage needs, and they’ve bent over backward to help. Their dedication is obvious, the place has never looked so good. Our whole family highly recommends Americana Self Storage. more

We’ve had a storage space here for years and have always been pleased with the service and reasonable rates. Jo and Nick have taken customer service to a new level. Buyer Beware! Trashy Service - Low Security - Bad Management 1/7/2011

Buyer Beware!! Beware this companies 0 tolerance late policy, the low level of communication and service and their lack of security. Buyer beware!!! Managers Joe and Nick are short fused and threatened me with what they ""would do"" if I told anyone about my very negative experience with them. An top of all this, the only security on the premises are super low resolution cameras that probably couldn't make out the letters on a license plate. more

I was a customer for almost 10 years, first taking a small container, then moving to a larger one, and then scaling down to a medium sized space. While my interactions with your manager, Jo Morocco, were limited, every time we had interactions she was friendly, accessible, and professional. She is a real asset to your company and I hope you appreciate what she brings to the table.
