I read the review from 2005 and have to say I agree on the part about the price being good, but cannot disagree more on the service portion. I have been a client for several years and have never left a message without a return phone call. The agent is ALWAYS more than happy to work late, weekends, anytime we need. I have found their office to be quick to answer questions, make changes, meet with us and overall this is by far the best service I have had from any insurance company in the 39 years I have carried insurance in the State of Idaho. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for insurance.
