Good: I realy like that I do not have to think when I arrive at the gym. Gina, my trainer does all the thinking for me. This leaves me room to focus on my training. I have learned muay thai, pilates, and a host of other exercises that are helping me drop unwanted weight and build strength.. Bad: I just wish I could train every day and take classes. The classes look intense and fun.. Other: As a personal trainer myself, I know that people need to be motivated...even me. If I schedule my sessions and know that someone else (gina) will be there to train me, I show up...it is that simple..
