The charge is supposed to be $17 for the first passenger and $10 for additional. We didn't know the rates the first time we took it. We were charged $34 and then gave a tip. We found the rates from their site after. On the way back we were charged the $27 (2people) and were charged three times. We got two overdraft charges because of their mistake. It took over a week to refund the money and wouldn't refund the overdraft charge. Their excuse was that it happens all the time so they can't refund that. I couldn't believe it. Pros: On Time Cons: Overcharged 3 times in two trips more

Best shuttle in town. 2/17/2009

I travel frequently and thereby have need for a ride to the airport frequently. I can always count on these guys to pick me up on time and with short notice. They are GREAT! Do Not Use This Company! 8/8/2007

I was riding my bike and one of their drivers crashed into me as I was crossing the cross walk. Not only will they not pay for the damage they also are the rudest people I ever dealt with. There are other alternative shuttles which are must friendlier than this company. DO NOT USE! more

Do Not Use Services 9/7/2005

Driver Showed up an hour earlier than the time quoted by dispatcher Dispatcher continued to argue Driver got lost for an hour after the early pick-up Driver would not roll up window t 4:00 AM Company would not fax receipt Company advertises it will pick you up from airport but then you call and they say, NO we can't do that ??????
