Scheduling problems and very rude. Will take your money!!!!!
I don?t have the best teeth and I do need lots of work so I am very picky of where to go. I just moved to cypress area and my neighbor told me to go to AFD although it was still 30 mins away I figured what the heck I?ll try them out. At first AFD was okie and they had early morning appointment that suited my schedule very well. So I went... they always want your money before the work is completed which I questioned, but oh well ... not worth fighting... I just thought it must be the side of town I'm in (not the nicest place). So here is why I am writing this review... This happened to me twice... so now I am going to another dentist. I made an appointment when I called I told them I needed my wisdom tooth pulled. I am used to seeing dr Turner, but they told me on the phone dr. Gosnell will be the one that has to pull it... so they supposedly schedule me with dr. g, but I went to the office for my appointment and come to find out I am schedule with dr. turner and he doesn?t pull wisdom teeth... so I rescheduled with supposedly dr. Gosnell... and I come again and find out that they still have me schedule with dr. turner and he can?t pull my tooth so they wanted to schedule me again, but at the point I was frustrated cause I called off a work for my wisdom tooth twice now and it?s not easy for anyone to just take 3 days off. I asked for my records and they wanted me to pay 50 bucks for them but I told the recep (let me add isn?t friendly at all very rude ppl and won?t look you in the eye) that they owe me my records for the scheduling conflicts. So they did give that to me (I was surprised)... on another note I already paid for the service of my teeth being pulled and I had to beg them for my money back cause I told them I do not plan to do any business with them in the near future?. and after a lot conversation of logic with the receptionist which was hard to do I got my money back and I cut my ties with AFD... so 3 months later they send me a letter telling me they can?t do business with me! YEAH I?m glad we are on the same page!!!! ?
I highly recommend Dr. Todd Shockley 281 370 9442 ? the best service? very friendly people that explain everything to you? very competitive with his pricing? pay after service is done? same setup as AFD with the TVs and music options. I let my neighbor know this and she is not with Dr. Shockley and she just told me the other day that she didn?t know that service could be that nice
