Worst service from any service based company I've ever dealt with. Let my 92 year old fathers house run out of propane in January 2008 because he didn't call on his service day. I was out of town and could do nothing. They told him 4 times in 3 days they would be out that day and finally came on the 5th day, 2 days after he ran out. Several people at Flame were involved in this including a Service Manager, Ed Phillips. Have put in calls to Mr. Phillips boss, but he has not called.
