I have tried over and over to work with Tim and his team. I had a problem with an appliance a few months ago. They quoted $65, didn't show up for the first appointment, was over an hour late for the second one, and "fixed" the problemin approx 10 minutes and handed me a bill for $130. I am now having the problem again, surprise...surprise. I set up another appointment (after being told there would still be a service charge, even though it is under "warrenty") and they still never showed up and would not answer my calls. I don't know how someone can get away with conducting business like this....I feel completely ripped off.
