Amazon Cleaning

I was having a big get together with my entire family at my home and needed someone to come clean it for me because I did not have the time. I called Amazon cleaning and they did a fantastic job. My house looks better than it has ever looked and I will use them again for sure! more

With three kids it is hard to always have time to clean and spend time with the family so we hired Amazon Cleaning to help out. They have been wonderful, everything is clean, they are very friendly and professional and I have time to spend with the kids instead of cleaning all evening after work and on the weekends! I am so pleased that I have recommended to them to multiple friends and will keep using them! more

Waste of time!! Poor customer service. I called them for a quote. Jerry the owner set up an appointment. This appointment lasted half an hour on a Saturday morning. The guy quoting the cleaning gave me a quote of $175 for a full house deep clean. Well, today I get a price of $195. I emailed Jerry to complain that the price had jumped $20. Jerry wrote me back stating that THEY NO LONGER WANTED TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?!!! Enormous waste of time and terrible customer service. AVOID like the plague. more

Not having much time to do it myself, I have been using their services for quite some time now. I have witnessed nothing but perfection in all the key areas I wanted addressed. Thank you for keeping everything as tidy as can be! more

This was the first time we ever used a cleaning company. And I have got to say I was hesitant spending the money on something I could do myself, but when they were finished, I realized- there was no way I could have done that. Note: Look closely at the reviews on this site and Yelp, there is a consistent pattern of ""new users"" signing up & giving only 1 or a small number of reviews to Amazon Cleaning & then a review for another business that is the same as other users that highly rate Amazon ... what an amazing amount of coincidences! Weed through these suspect reviews and find authentic reviews that will give you a better picture of Amazon Cleaning and its owner, Gerald (Jerry) Kovach. We used Amazon once a week for a few months.. In July they sent a new crew to our apartment one day and number of issues came up. First, they left the key to our apartment in the door which I discovered upon leaving shortly after their arrival. Second, they failed to clean the floor in the main living and dining areas. Third, they left a pool of water in the middle of the living area floor. When we called the owner to address, he said no worries he will send someone out to take a look.. Well, he sent out his partners in a handyman business to assess the damage. The owner calls us one hour later and claims these handyman were his ""insurance investigators"" and they have determined this to be a fraudulent claim. Then he hung up on me and did not answer or return any subsequent calls. You see a company's (and its owner's) true colors when issues arise. Amazon Cleaning clearly does not pass the test as a reputable, well established company to do business with. Potential customers, please do not hesitate to contact me directly through CitySearch for a more detailed review of Amazon Cleaning and its owner. Also, please do your due diligence and beware of glowing reviews on sites such as Kudzu that generate revenue from the companies that are being rated. Dig a little deeper on these sites and you will find some very constructive reviews on Amazon Cleaning and its owner. more

Used Amazon for over a year. Start off really great and went downhill. Asked some questions and made some requests about them spending more time on some areas than others and got a lot of defensiveness. They blew simple questions out of proportion. In fact, I asked about a toaster that was broken on the same day of their visit and they said they can no longer clean my house. Jerry said it was not his choice - his insurance company would not allow it. Then he hung up on me. By the way, I had only asked the question and was not blaming his team. After they denied it, I was going to let it go. Ridiculous. Use this service if you want a good couple of cleans before they start cleaning a 3 bedroom. 2.5 bath house in about 1.5 hours. more

It just keeps getting bettter. Professional from start to finish. I'm very picky and can never find someone who cleans my house as good as I do...until now! I really liked that they used great smelling ""green"" cleaning products and a vacuum with a HEPA filter that did great on capturing all the dirt and dust from my 2 dogs. What a pleasure to come home to a house cleaned by Amazon Cleaning. For a picky girl, I was worried about spending the money on someone else to clean my home who may not do as good of a job.
