Amadeus

I have been to this place twice, and its a nice little location that i'd love to enjoy. Unfortunately there are two resturants i wish would go out of business so the locations could go to decent owners - this is one of them.\r \r I've been there twice, both at odd times. The place was virtually empty. I waited 45 minutes - yes really, i did check my watch - and never once was acknowledged. The second time i only gave them 15 minutes based on my first experience and the fact someone, appearently by accident, made eye contact with me and i figured that should start the clock.\r \r The ""bar"" is a little smaller than my closet, and could be deemed cozy if not self serve. The thought definately crossed my mind after 40 minutes that either free drinks by my own hand or service would eventually be mine. \r \r I'm a little astounded by someone who owns a business, and ignores customers. Once, maybe was a bad day, maybe your staff ran out on your, or an undesireable fell on the health inspector - but two for two a year apart says someone just doesn't care, even a little. It is a difficult location and perhaps the owner believes only his little circle of friends matter, but how de'classe. more

I went to the Lake Oswego location with my family last year for Mothers Day. We had reservations and no table for 30 min, when we were finally seated we were secluded from rest of the restaurant. When we finally ordered we had to wait and hour and 15 minutes to receive our food. The plates were given to us there were 3 dinners missing. So we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The manager came to our table he asked how was the food, we told him we bout the missing plates (no apology or discount). He then asked who was the mother, all three moms said we are and he said why did you bring the kids? you will need a physiatrist when you leave. And left the room. He was so rude and disrespectful and my family and I will never go to AMADEUS!! Pros: Portion of food Cons: Service, Reservations more
