My family had the worst experience with this dentist. We have a hispanic last name but don't speak Spanish and the employees repeatedly spoke to my sister in Spanish after she told them she didn't understand or speak Spanish. My sister was very frustrated because they weren't listening to her. Then, after telling my dad they wouldn't charge for a specific service, they sent him a bill. My family was not happy with the experience and lack of service and so they cancelled my sister's next appointment. But of course, 6 months later- their office calls to say my sister missed her appointment!! Where is the professionalism?! Things should have been taken care of the first time...
Very Frustrating!!
