I have lived in this apartment for some time. Let me firsts say that I love the location and I've been 60% happy with my experience living in this apartment complex. Only on the surface, could it be considered ""luxury"" though. Once you have have lived here long enough to notice and experience the poor construction, paper thin walls and completly condescending office staff, you will be greatly dissapointed. Also, if you'd like to place a complaint with the management company that owns this property, the office staff will not want to give it to you. You have to push and the guy I spoke with was lacking major customer service skills. Its all about numbers and how they look to their bosses (local management and regional--located in California). I really wish that they would realize what they're saying and how they come off!!! This is someones home, although it be most often temporary, it's still someones home! If you claim ""luxury"" all over the place, then follow through!
