My grandmother went here when she was unable to get out of the house anymore or take care of herself. We took care of her, but Almost Family was what we called "Adult Daycare." She was reluctant to go at first but then made friends and found enjoyment in going every day.
She talked highly of the staff, and everyone seemed to go out of their way to make the patients/clients feel comfortable and welcome.
