Great service!! I had a small electronic monitor repair and not only was Alltronics able to fix the problem when others were not but they did so with excellent customer service and were very time efficient. I would highly recommend to Alltronics anyone. Five stars!! more

SUPERIOR PLASMA TV REPAIR EXPERIENCE 6/13/2011

Outstanding customer service and repair!! We (my wife and I) own a 50 inch Philips Plasma TV that had faulty capacitors on the power supply board. We had 1 day left on our warranty and ALLTRONICS had contacted us the next day. The following day they came to our home, were extremely polite, picked up our TV and had it repaired in less than two weeks. They had even called us at 7:30 pm Saturday night to deliver it (but we didn’t listen to our phone messages until Sunday night…Not their fault). Courteous, swift, and deliver on the weekend ... at night?? Admirable qualities I think we all would agree, yet not all that common these days!! ALLTRONICS did a fantastic job, far exceeding our expectations and deserve recognition for going above and beyond. And a personal thank you to Darren and Eddie who were exceptionally polite and courteous. A personal thank you and job well done from a 25 year retired Navy Senior Chief with over 20 years of submarine quality assurance experience. more

READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! 11/22/2010

I took my Television into this shop April 2, 2010. I was initially told that it could take up to 6 weeks to get it repaired.\r \r After two months I called to see how the work was going and was informed that they needed to send out a circuit card to get it repaired and that it would need another 2-4 weeks.\r \r After another month I called again...excuse afer excuse was given as to why the repair work was not completed.\r \r Finally I had had enough, after more than 7 months I called on a Friday and told them I would pick up the Television next Monday repaired or not.\r \r I arrived and inexplicably had to wait 40 minutes while they put the television back together. I was also informed that all the parts were not in the TV. They had send out the card to be repaired, but had misplaced it when it arrived at the shop. They said they would call me when they had found it...I'm still waiting, and cannot take the TV to another shop as the card is needed.\r \r Do yourself a favor, pick somone else (ANYONE ELSE) to do your repair work. If there was a NEGATIVE score that I could be give this shotty business, I would gladly give it!\r \r One last thing, I noticed that they had a Better Business Bureau placard that said they were and ""accredited member"". I checked, I guess it's not a shocker to learn that they are not! more

Never again 8/13/2010

I took my Samsung DLP to them for a fan error problem. I was told it would take 5-7 business days for them to diagnose and give me an estimate. Fair enough and I prepaid the $25 bench fee. After a few weeks later they call tell me they could not duplicate the error message even though they had powered up the unit every day. He thought perhaps some dust had gotten on one of the fans and it gotten dislodged in transport. Since it was 5 years old I authorized them to go ahead and clean the boards and was told it would be done in a few days. When I came in to pick it up this morning the employee could not tell if they had cleaned it and there was no paperwork indicating the work had been done. I told him I would go ahead and take it anyway. We loaded it up and I took it home. My wife and I had to carry it up the stairs in our elevated house. An hour later I get a call from the same employee stating that the cleaning was in fact done and that I owed them the $65 cleaning fee. I told him I would get by there at my convenience since they had it for almost 3 weeks before I picked it up. 2 hours after that I get a call from the first employee stating that he did in fact get the error message after he talked to me the first time and that they could write me an estimate if I wanted. I told him I would throw the TV away before I took it back to them. Unprofessional and archaic. Stay away. more

Awful Service 11/7/2008

My TV has been in their shop for over two months, and it still is not repaired. They have never called me to provide an update, and in general, seem uninterested in customer service. Pros: No Pros Cons: Lousy Customer Service more
