Alltel 4/14/2006

We use Alltel for our cell phone. We use the cheapest plan so there aren't really any perks. Every time I call to see if I can get a better plan I can't--or nothing is cheaper than what I already have! HAHA! I haven't had any problems with them--service is fine and even when I went to Washington there was no roaming charges! So that impressed me for sure! more

Alltel is too busy 4/14/2006

I visit the new Alltel store its all busy and never enough sales people to help. they do offer some great deals . I seem to never get in on the best deals for their is too many people in the for the deal . I have heard you can visit the Wal -Mart stores . which I did they were great in the customer service .. more

alltel has a great service for their phones, i choose prepaid which is what i wanted since i wanted a cell phone for emergencys basically an with alltell i can buy thier minutes right at our local wal-mart which is open all the time. i also like that they are cheap an their phones are easy to use an small enough to carry around. more
