Wendy Lee Kanno's agency is not conveniently located for me; however, I will not be switching any time soon. My husband and I have had the same policies for over 20 years and even before Wendy started. Prior to her, Dan Walsh was our agent and when he retired, Wendy took over. We have auto, motorcycle, boat and homeowners coverage through Allstate with Wendy and we are absolutely pleased with the level of service and polite, professionalism. I got a call one day from Wendy letting me know how much money I could save in the future by agreeing to paperless billing and there would be a refund of the current premium as well. Of course I signed up immediately. When I didn't get the refund, I gave her a call and she had it straightened out in two days. Like I said, I will not be switching agents any time soon.
