We have been insured by Paul for 4/5 years now. Recently 1 of our rentals flooded and caused extensive damage. We live out of state and Paul handled the whole process in a very calm stress free professional way. He kept us abreast of everything through emails and phone,and our tenants were reassured that their inconvenience would be minimal. It was a pleasant experience as oppoosed to the nightmare stories Ive heard from similar situations. Thanks Paul and your great staff for your expertise and help during this time.
