I was told quoted one price for home owners and when I got the bill it was much higher. I was given every excuse under the sun by Christina a sales person in this office. \r
Then asked same person for a refund and was given every excuse under the sun on why I cant get a refund on my unused policy. \r
I had to call the Allstate company 1800Allstate to get my money back. I also was forced to file a complaint with the NYS insurance department against sales agent Christina Riccio from the Thomas Whalen Allstate Agency. Not a honest business.\r
