I have had my auto insurance through Allstate for almost 7 years now and I have never had a problem. I have been shuffled around to 4 Allstate representitives, but each one has been very helpful whenever a problem has arisen. Mind you, those problems were nothing large. Things like my payment not getting through when it should have. I also get mail from them telling me how I can lower my payments. I see myself staying with Allstate for a long time.
