I was very displeased with the level of service I received at this location. Mr. Lum was not willing to work with me or even the slightest bit interested in helping me. I'm very disappointed and have been completely turned off by Allstate all thanks to Kevin Lum. Congrats on losing a customer. more

First I fall off a cliff, then this! 7/23/2011

I spent the entire day setting up the perfect trap to finally catch that delicious looking roadrunner. See, I had this big safe dangling by a rope over a small pressure plate underneath a mound of bird seed. When that yummy bird ate the irresistible seed the safe would come crashing down and I’d be eating roadrunner pancakes in no time. Unfortunately there was a problem with the plate and the safe didn’t drop. I poked at it a few times from a safe distance and nothing happened. I Stomped on it and nothing happened. I became furious and started jumping on it. Then all of the sudden it decides to work. I get clobbered and want to open the door from the inside to get out and walk away making an accordion noise, but the door won’t open. I called these guys out and they came out right away. They said the only way they could open the safe was by drilling out the lock, so now I’m stuck with no roadrunner for dinner and an Acme safe I can’t even use anymore. more

Good ONE! 7/15/2011

Being locked out of my car one wed night really made me understand that emergencies can occur at any time. I Was locked out and only had 90 dollars on me .I contacted a locksmith service they came out in less than no time more

Good service deserves a good review... 6/2/2011

I just bought a condo and I needed to have the locks changed. It is just good practice. I called these guys up and they said that they could rekey my locks and basically have new keys with the existing hardware. That was great, mainly because it saved me about a hundred bucks! more

Most of the time I have my son around to help me out with things like this, but he is in Italy right now and I still needed to get into the house. So i used my phone and found these people. They were pretty nice and were here fast too! They provided me great service and I am glowing! more

huh! How much for a car key?!?!?! 2/20/2011

I’m was infuriated when my daughter lost her keys last month. I had a super expensive lock with a really expensive key that cost me an arm and a leg. You could only imagine how happy I was when I lost my key after I spent money last month fixing her mistake! So here we are, another few hundred bucks later... And I now have new expensive keys. but at least these guys remembered me from last time and gave me a discount this time... more

Broken lock? No problem! 2/3/2011

I didn't think it was too funny when my son decided to try to pick the front door lock with a paper clip and break it off inside, jamming the lock. So I called these guys and they were able to salvage the lock for me. They had to take the whole lock off to do it!.. But bottom line is that I now have a funny story from it.. My son said that he wanted to know how he could open up the door for mommy in case she was locked outside. Thats my boy! more
