Incompetent or Crooks?\r
Either way you see it, these guys are aweful. They came to my home to evaluate an expensive 3D television that had issues with the video card (clearly). While they were there, I requested that they install a new bulb in another TV. They had to order it, so I asked that they bring the new bulb when they return the TV.\r
Two weeks later, I get a call stating that the video board was rebuilt, ran the TV for two hours, and that ""there was some other issue with the 2-year old Samsung that caused the TV to be fried and not repairable"". (I'm sure it had nothing to do with the repair quality - sarcasm!) They charged me the deposit value stating that it would cover their services (what services, they fried my TV!)\r
Then, they forgot to order the replacement bulb for the other TV, so I had to wait another 2 weeks. They scheduled time to come by and install it - between 9 and 11 am. They didn't show up - and I had taken time off from work to be there and they didn't care at all - their truck broke down the weekend before and they didn't bother to tell me they weren't coming! Then, they just dropped off the bulb and still charged me for the labor to install (since I had prepaid for it)! Unbelievable! These guys are thieves!\r
Don't use these guys, and if you do, certainly don't give them ANY money until they deliver the repair!
