When dropping off my power washer, Allen informed me he would get back with me on my repair in 1 to 1.5 wk. At two weeks I called to get a follow up. After 15min on hold, I was told by his secretary he would call me back. No return phone call. Another week goes by, I call and get attitude from Allen for wanting an update on my repair. He tells me, ""I would call you if it was ready."" 2 more weeks goes by without an update. I finally get a new power washer after 6.5 weeks. After no communication on their part, no return phone calls, and an extremely long turn around time, I would never go back :(
