Allen Limousine & Bus Service

My experience with Allen Limousine was excellent. I booked them for my best friends bachelor party. The limousine was clean. The driver was courteous despite how loud me and my boys were. I had no problems with them canceling, the price was competitive with the other limo companies I called. If I'm ever back in dallas, I will use them again. more

My new husband and I confirmed a Limo for our wedding with Allen Limo. We placed an order for a White 10 Passenger Limo at the rate of 180 an hour. When we placed our order, the company stated the driver will arrive 15 minutes early. The pick-up time was 5pm on 6/17/2012. Right at 4:45pm I called the dispatcher asking if the driver was in the vicinity, if so, we would wait in church parking lot and if not, we will go back inside to avoid sweating off my makeup. The dispatch lady was very pleasant and stated she will call him. I called back at 4:55pm and asked about his location, she stated he was .3 miles away and she would call him. The driver showed up at 5:05 pm in a Black Limo. He pulled up to the curb and didn't get out; instead he rolled down the window. I explained we ordered a White Limo. He angrily answered ""Do you want me to tell them"". I said sure, he rolled his window back up and he got on the phone to call the office. My groom tapped on window, he rolled it down and again. My grooms asked him to open door for us and allow us in. Limo Driver stated ""I thought you wanted a White one"", again in an angry manner. I stated ""it's too late now"" our guests are on their way to the ""reception"" can you just open door and take us to the ""hotel"". He rolled the window back up and continued his phone call. My groom tapped on window again and asked him to get out and open the back door for us. The driver refused and drove off. Leaving us standing there at the church and me holding the train of my wedding dress. more

I am not a limouine girl, so I had no ideal what to expect when I started looking for one for my wedding. I had limited funds but wanted to make it special too, thanks to Allen Limousine that wish came true. The staff was very professional and made me feel really comfortable with my decision to use their company. My driver was Henry and he was so nice and did an excellent job, I could not have asked for better service and the perfect ending to our wedding. Allen LImousine was great and I would use them again in the future. more

Clearly something changed after 2010, since there's no way this service should have ever received more than one star. In fact, I'd give less if I could. more

I used the service to meet friends for dinner during restaurant week in Dallas. I was picked up by a very nice driver who was on time, professional and courteous. However, when I called, as I was told, 45 min. prior to my needed departure the driver never showed. I was told the first time after an hour when I called again the driver was somewhere in Dallas and it would be 15 min. then after another call the driver had supposed car problems but it would be 20 min and then after the third call (a total of hour 1/2 later) that the driver was in Lewisville - I was in Dallas the whole time - if you are a driver in the DFW area you know that Lewisville isn't Dallas. After that it was so late and a friend took me home since we all had to work the next day. It nearly ruined, what was prior to that, a fun evening. I will never use this service again and would recommend that you think very carefully before choosing this service. If you don't care about getting home then you should be good to go. more

We booked a minibus with Allen Limousine for our wedding. The bus took 45 minutes to pick up our second group that was less than 5 minutes away causing the groom and groomsman to almost be late to the wedding. We took the bus to our reception site. The driver had no clue where he was and he was not given directions. A groomsman in our wedding had to sit up front and give him directions and still got lost. We were late to our reception. I booked a limousine with Allen Limousine this past weekend, and it was great. It was my first time to book a limousine, and I didn't know quite what to expect. I felt comfortable from the minute they answered the phone, and was not disappointed when my car arrived. The experience from beginning to end was great. had my bachelorette party this weekend with Allen Limousine. From the time that I called and got rates from Tammy I felt very secure that I was choosing the right company. She was very helpful. She gave a great description of the bus that I was so anxious to see the bus. Saturday evening when the bus showed up at my house it was exactly how she had described it, with tvs, cd player, neon lights, bar stocked with soft drinks, water and lot of ice for our mixed drinks. Tony was our driver he knew all the bars that we wanted to go in the uptown,downtown and lower Greenville area. He was great!!! Called Allen Limousine Service and ordered a Town car from Dallas to DFW Airport, spoke to them on the phone got the price, phone operator was very nice and took my information quick, car showed up infront of my house 5 minutes before pick up time, and driver was very friendly, opened the door for us, and helped us loan and unload the luggage. Take a look at this local Dallas limousine service! They have limousine partners all over the united states, so if you travel and use a professional car service frequently, this is the limousine company for you. The Dallas handsome cabs, limousines and party buses are all fairly new and kept in excellent condition. The DFW Airport shuttle service is on time and a much nicer ride than super shuttle, so you may want to give them a call before you call for a airport shuttle where you and 10 other people at 4am are shoved into a van just to barely make your flight. All in all, great service, great pricing for any kind of transportation and a nice ride no matter what you chose to get to your destination in. Pros: Has over 20 limos to choose from! more

For our wedding we were very excited to have Allen Limo service pick us up from our reception. As we doing our final exit we were disappointed to find that there was no car to pick us up. We received no phone call and message. Since we did not receive the service we were sure that we would receive our money back but that was not the case. After being rudely spoken to, we finally were able to get back half of our money (for a service that we did not receive). I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and inability to follow through with a service. Pros: Good price Cons: Did not show up more

I called Allen Limousine 1 day before my event, thinking it was too late, they had a limousine available, and it was great. The driver Michael was great, brand new limousine arrived at my door 15 minutes before the pick up time. It was wonderfull. Best time of my life. A++++++++++++++ Pros: New cars, best prices. more

I set up my limo for my girlfriends birthday a couple days before the her surprise party. The man on the phone tells me, it would be $85 an hour and tip wasn't included. My girlfriend got sick, so I tried to reschedual, and the man on the phone replys with ""you know how many calls we get for limos!?"" in a condisending tone. He told me I had to cancel/reschedual 7 days before time of pick up. So I ended up having to send the limo to my friends, and still pay for it. The worst part, is he never gave the driver any of the new information, so he was late! not only that, he charged me $408 for 4 hours. This company is a scam, and I'll never use them again! more
