The managing company is cheap and won't fix things. Apt.s have hollow walls and you can smell cigarette smoke through the heating vents. Poor lighting at night. The managers favorite answer to complains, "" My manager doesn't want to spend more money in this place"". more

It was an okay place. We got a few thing fixed right away. Most should have been done before we moved in. Disappointed in the broken drawers in the kitchen that i had to fix. Drip pans on stove were way to small and burners wabbled a LOT. I had to replace them.Dirty and broken blinds. Black mold. Electrical outlets not working. Broken hall cabnet door. No doors on hall or small bedroom closets. A few other small things also. The managers were very nice and did get to a few things but they were spread to thin. Maybe extra help was needed. I have lived at Allen creek for many years and I can't tell you how many managers we have gone through. We had one couple Ginger and Buster who didn't do anything. They were never they, didnt return phone calls and weren't much help when you could get ahold of them, Not to mention RUDE! Then there was another couple and I don't even think I caught their name to be frank, again didn't do much didn't seem like they cared. Then we got our newest managers Tuesday and Mike, always promptly returning your phone calls fixing things immediately and the complex looks nicer and cleaner every day. We started getting letters on our doors telling us to help keep in clean and pick up after your pets ( which was much needed) I can't tell you how many times I would nearly step in dog doo doo.
