Allegheny Smoke works

I called about 10 minutes ago to ask some questions about the types of products they offer. Instead of the man just coming out and telling me what they had, he just kept telling me they didn't have what I was asking for. So, I asked "what do you have?" He sighed and told me pipe tobacco and cigars. Saying you can use pipe tobacco for RYO cigarettes I asked if can be used for that purpose. He screamed, "NO, I already told you what we carry. What didn't you understand?! I mean c'mon!" I immediately told him that was no way to talk to a potential customer and he went on to tell me that he's very busy, doesn't have time to go over all my questions, blah, blah, blah. I advised him he will never get my business and disconnected the call! I have NEVER been spoken to like that in my life by someone I was trying to do business with. Especially since I can just find what I need at another smoke shop. more

I like this cigar shop, they are always there to help me decide what kind of cigar to get and what to use in my humidor to keep my cigars the freshest. If you sign up for their mailing list they will let you know when they have people come in to roll you a personal cigar for free. In the back they have a room where you can smoke the cigar you just purchased. more
