We had a water heater go out in a unit. Alan was able to give me a quote over the phone on Wednesday night and the water heater was replaced by Thursday afternoon. I am so impressed! He was quick, complete and so nice!! I am a life-long customer after that experience, in both my career for apartment management and my personal home. Our tenant reported a flooded area in the home from a busted water heater. Alan Smith got over to their home immediately and took care of everything for us. He was so professional and helpful. He also helped send out a clean up company to take care of the damages which saved me the time of having to search for someone else. I wish I had All Types Plumbing to help me with all the homes that I manage in the other states. I would Highly recommend this company! more

Very happy with the service that All Types provided. My wife had told me she discovered a leak in our basement but neither of us could find the source. The serviceman, Dave arrived very promptly and located the leak in just a few minutes. The price he quoted me seemed fair for the work and he got the leak stopped quickly. Thanks very much All Types :D more

CONSUMERS Beware!!! they charged us $190 for a $40 retail part! These guys are crooks. Buy the part yourself and then call someone else. When we called them they were horrible. In addition, when we asked what their hourly rates were AFTER they charged us - we already knew they had charged us $85 per hour - the women on the phone couldn't answer the question, which I took as meaning they charge people different rates.\r more

Fantastic utah Plumber!! 6/21/2011

Weand the phone was answered immediately by a very nice lady. We were in need of a plumber because of a faulty hot water heater (that had been installed only 2 years previously by another company). Dave, the owner, knew immediately what our problem was (the particular brand is known for failing). Luckily we were still under warranty. Dave went to his supply place, got the replacement, and installed the new one - all in one day. Can't recommend All Types Plumbing high enough! Plus he honored the online coupon - even though our printer is broken and we couldn't print it out. Good business practice! more

All Types Has The Best Plumbing Service! 5/31/2011

I called All Types Plumbing last week when I started having problems with my sewer backing up into my basement. When I called in I spoke with Linda, who was very patient and helpful. Linda listened to all my concerns and told me that she would be sending out a service plumber to fix my problem immediatley. I was very pleased when the plumber showed up on time, very professional, and prepared. As the repair was being done the plumber detected a serious problem with a broken part of the line. Within the hour the plumber had called Dave, a manager, to give me a quote on the necessary work. I felt very comfortable with Dave, he was honest, helped me understand the problem, gave me options with no pressure, and ended up giving me a great price.\r \r I ended up having all the repairs made by All Types Plumbing and I couldn't be more happy. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I will recommend All Types Plumbing to anyone who is looking for good, reasonably priced work. Thank you so much more

Just a great, local, plumbing company. 5/31/2011

Just about every time I have a party, someone manages to destroy my garbage disposal. I called All Types Plumbing because of their ad in my neighborhood association newsletter. They were willing to come over right away. I told them it wasn't an emergency and got the first appointment of the morning, the next day. \r \r The plumber was on time and got the job done lickety-split. He did several tests to make sure I wouldn't have other problems with it and was completely done in under an hour. more

Lied to and taken 8/16/2010

Had a bid for an AC repair from another company for 350 using generic parts. All types bid 600 but said they would use the original manufacturer parts, and they had some good reviews on Google so I went with them. In the end they used generic parts and charged me over 500. I got taken, don't let this happen to you go with a different company. more
