All Tune & Lube

Thanks Ed, Lee, and Joe...you guys are the best. I will definitely bring my car to All Tune and Lube for any and all work going forward!! \r On Saturday, December 22, 2012, I took my Ford Taurus to All Tune and Lube in 7100 Ritchie Hwy Glen Burnie, MD 21061 to replace the sparks and wires, the owner, Ed, and I had a misunderstanding. Yet he, realizing that I was dissatisfied, took the initiative to call both my cell and work numbers just to try to fix the issue that I had with his shop. This man did not stop until the issue was settled. He asked me to go back to his other All Tune and Lube shop in Pasadena, MD to fix the problem--at this time they did not charge me any more money and he was calling in to the shop to make sure everything was good with their work. Ed changed my mind about small business owners; I was always under the impression that they were indifferent towards customer satisfaction. But with Ed, he was behind his service 100% of the time. He is willing to work with you until everything is fixed and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. He stands true to his job. \r Also, Joe at All Tune and Lube in Pasadena took the time to explain and answer questions. \r Good customer service and honest mechanic! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area in need of quality mechanics. more

The guys at All Tune and Lube Glen Burnie are the best. I called them one day about looking at my car in hopes that they would not gouge me like the dealership was trying to do. I took my car in and the guys looked at it for no cost and even reset the engine light for me. They also gave great advice as to how to avoid further issues with the car's performance. I have since taken my car back to them twice and each time they quoted much lower than the dealership and also finished the work in great time. Not only are they good mechanics but they are also always willing to anser your questions. more

Ed is a trust worthy guy who stands behind his work. I believe he is the owner/supervisor there, I recommend dealing with him. If you have any problems after work is done, he is willing to work with you until you are completely happy and everything is fixed. more

If you need an honest place, this is the place for you. The manager, Jimmy, is personable, friendly and won't try to sell you somehting you don't need. Service is as fast as possible and if there is an issue that occurs due to their fault, they usually give a price break. I haven't been in there yet where I didn't get some cost taken off, not due to problems, but ""just because.""\r \r I took my vehicle in with a potential battery problem, and, after having done research and was expecting a $157 battery supply cost (just the battery), was pleasantly surprised that the same battery I priced was what was put in at ATL, for an installed cost, including the diagnostic, of only $100.\r \r The waiting area is clean and well maintained. more
