Your service has always been prompt and courtous, no matter who the technician is. On one occasion I had to replace a pump, that was under warranty; it was readily available without any issues. I have used All Pro many times and will continue to do so, because time and time again exceed my expecations.\r more

Mr. Preston's concern was acknolodged and taken care of. He was refunded the difference in gallons, and was also given a free year supply of enzymes additives for his troubles. Again, Mr. Preston we apologize for the problem. more

Great job 3/26/2012

Service was prompt after calling for pump out.I will use All Pro Sep-Tech, Inc. in the future. I do have a few comments, I felt that service ticket did not have enough detail to justify charges. I thought charge for pulling pump up and washing off was too expensive. I was also charged for pumping 2000 gals, when control ticket showed 1500 gals. I give the technician that came to my location a 7 out of 10 rating. more
