We have had a long, productive relationship with many of Will's All Pro professional employees. We even got to celebrate Christmas around a giant hole in our front yard with a bunch of you a couple of years ago. Recently, Ray arrived promptly for scheduled maintenance. He knew exactly what to do, and was quick and thorough. And Ray was a patient gentleman as I followed him around asking one question after another about HVAC "things." Ray, thank you for your comfortable and personable business manner. Tho I'm not looking for a disaster, I hope to see you again. more

Super Service! 11/29/2017

I've tried several different a/c repair companies in San Antonio, but Will's All Pro definitely beats them all! I was very impressed by the exceptional service I received, from the receptionist on the phone to Ray Gallo, my serviceman. Ray found the problem right away and worked with me to find the best and most cost effective solution. No sales gimmicks - just honest straight talk and professional courtesy. Love it! more

Water Heater Issues at USO Downtown 10/20/2017

Called company to report a issue with the water heater. They sent someone right out and fixed the problem. The plumber Tim was great and knew just what to do. Great company, I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks more

Excellent 10/20/2017

Doug R prompt & professional. Thoughtfully explained options and fees. Issue: clogged kitchen sink--grease buildup in pipe. This is the first time we have used Will's All Pro. Would call again. Very pleased. more

Jonathan Weizel was great!!! He was very thourgh very friendly and gave me many tips to keep my AC up to speed. He found a major issue that was not detected on my orginal install 9 years ago. He corrected. I would highly recommend Jonathan W and Will's All Pro. more

A few years ago we had a Pressure Reducing Valve installed by a different company at the water softener in the garage. When it failed, we called All Pro to install a PRV on the water line at the street. Preston W arrived with a colleague & went right to work. Although it was early morning, it was very hot but they kept at it & finished the work in about 2 hours. They were very professional, answered all my questions. The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. We're happy with All Pro & will call them again next time we need plumbers. more

Outstanding Professionals! 7/19/2017

Will's All Pro Plumbing was extremely quick to respond to our need for repairs to our faucet and other issues in our second bathroom. Marc was our plumber and his knowledge and professional expertise resulted in a very outstanding job performance by him and for us! Marc's very" easy going" manner made us feel at ease with him and his company! I have tried several other plumbing companies in San Antonio, but none can match the positive quality of the people and work accomplishment by Will's All Pro Plumbing.
