All Pets Veterinary Hospital

I have been bringing my dogs to All Pets since before they moved to their current facility, starting with Dr. Moore. I've always had fantastic treatment from the front office to the tech to the vets. more

All Pets Veterinary Hospital is well known in the community for its knowledge and expertise of cats. I'm sure they are fantastic with canines as well, but my experience is with my little loving felines. I have been going there for 5 years now and have been very impressed with the cleanliness, organization and services offered by the clinic. I receive timely reminders for my cat for her annual visits. I have a long-haired persian and the groomers are very gentle and do a great job. And, I always feel I am leaving her in good hands when I have to leave her for boarding. The only downside for the clinic is they are now closed on Sunday's and if you are boarding, you have to wait that extra day to pick up your pet. The vets are very thorough and caring. Our vet picked up a hard to hear heart murmur and has been very diligent about following up on our kitty. Overall, I'm very impressed with All Pets! more

AFTER VISITING ALL PETS FOR 12 YEARS DR. EVANS AND BEANY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FRONT OFFICE GIRLS AND HOSPITAL ""DIRECTOR"". AFTER DRIVING FROM LAKEWOOD AND PAYING SUPER HIGH FEES TO VISIT ALL PETS, ONE WOULD THINK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE SUPERB! WRONG! ITS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! NOT SURE WHAT THE JOB DESCRIPTIONS ARE REALLY??? DR EVANS, DR MOORE AN DR CAYLOR ARE THE ONLY REASONS MY 16 YEAR OLD CAT COMES TO ALL PETS. (AND BEANY) NOT SURE WHAT THE DEAL IS WITH THE UNSATISFACTORY AND UNEXCEPTABLE SERVICE BUT HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS! Pros: DR EVANS & DR MOORE (WHO LEFT LONG AGO) ARE EXCELLENT! Cons: FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLY RUDE & INCOMPETENT! more
