Doc is rough around the edges when you first visit her, but her big heart shines through over time. She really loves the animals she cares for. My cat Kitten was shot in the leg and she saved her life, as well as her leg. She is the most reasonably priced veterinarian in Grand Forks, especially with the dedicated care that she gives. She does her job well, and has a loyal clientele. I would recommend her for sure. more

Lori and her staff are by far the best I have found in decades of pet ownership and small dog rescue. I feel like they're my family and I trust Lori's opinions and skills completely. The first time I met her, I brought in one of the most broken down senior dogs I'd ever fostered. Lori's compassion and open-mindedness extended this girl's quality of life far longer than it would have been under "normal" circumstances. Lori and her staff have seen my husband and I through several losses of senior and special needs dogs when their time had come, and I am so completely grateful for their support and empathy that it's difficult to express in words. I wouldn't turn to anyone else. more

It's unfortunate that some poeple don't know what is truly important in finding a good vet. Lori can be rough around the edges at first. why? because she, and her staff are paid to care about your animal, not the owner. This is by far THE BEST vet service I have found in over 30 years of being a pet owner. If you want a good vet to care about you, you show them that you care about your pet. Lori is an angel and will forever hold a sacred place in the hearts of my wife and I. The entire team there will do what ever it takes to take care of your pet. I don't know another vet who would leave her family to stay the night in her office just to make sure your dog sleeps through the night. One of her best vet techs stayed as well. She and the vet techs drove all the way back from the cities to be with our Boxer that night. I have and will continue to refer people to AllPet's they are truly the best. I adopted a basset hound puppy in the spring. I scheduled an appointment immediately for my puppy to be seen by a vet at All Pets on Gateway.\r \r Bella was very skinny, and it was not my fault, because I had just rescued her. Her previous owners bought her very expensive food, but only fed her small handfuls. The vet was very rude, making accusatory comments that I don't feed her enough, and that I buy her cheap food. I had come to the vet to get a check up and find out the right type of food to feed Bella, and how much was necessary for a growing basset.I only had the dog for a handful of days, so the attitude was uncalled for. The woman nearly made me cry.\r \r On the upside, the care is inexpensive, AND Dr. Gossard cares about animals. But let's just say there's a reason why she works with animals, and not people. more

I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone other than Dr.Gossard and her awesome staff! Dr. Gossard is kind and compassionate to my cats and dogs. She is also great with my large breed dogs! She will take the time to answer all of my questions. We unfortuanately had to put to sleep one of our very old dogs this year and she had so much empathy for us -- we even received a sympathy card with kind words from her and all of her staff. I have always highly recommended her facility to those looking for veterinary service. more

Because of the number of pets that my family has had over the years I have had the opportunity to visit every Veterinary Clinic in the Grand Forks/East Grand Forks area. Dr. Lori Gossard is the most compassionate doctor I have had care for my animals. She treats each patient as if it was her own, and her prices are reasonable and comparable to the other clinics in the area. Dr. Gossard did diagnose a serious medical problem my Beagle had which had been missed by the doctor in another clinic here in town. Dr. Gossard is a very knowledgeable doctor and I would recommend her services to anyone. more

I called this hospital to see if I should bring my dog in because he was quite ill and our military vet was out of town. The vet tech told me that the vet doesn't entertain calls from anyone that isn't already a patient. How sad is that?.. I would think it wouldn't matter to someone who truly loves animals..I guess it's all about the money. Cons: Service more
