All Day Auto Transport

This company has by far the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. We agreed to have our $120K Porsche shipped from Atlanta to Los Angeles in a CLOSED CONTAINER. We received notification of our car being picked up in an open container, and immediately called to ask for a closed transport due to the cross-country nature of the trip and the inevitable road conditions that may affect our vehicle. Well, after numerous conversations where we as CUSTOMERS were accused of lying as to what we initially requested (closed container), we were hung up on and ignored. Our Porsche was delivered last night with visible body damage from rocks and handling - scratches on the tail and minute but nonetheless clear marks from rocks all over the body of our car. \r \r Not only did All Day Auto Transport not provide the service at the price we requested, they treated our requests with disrespect and carelessness. Susan, the manager who generally answers the phone should not be in the service industry. She was negligent and unwilling to negotiate regarding our situation. Never again will I use this company, and I'm going to do everything possible to make sure everyone knows how terribly operational this company works. They have a C rating on BBB - If you care about your money and your car and your mental state of mind, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. That is all. Have a lovely day. more

I shipped my car from Los Angeles to Chicago. All day Auto was very efficient in getting my car shipped safely and on time. I would recommend my friends and family use their services in the future when shipping their cars. more

All Day Auto Transport did a fantastic job shipping my car. I was stranded with another company and Paul came to the rescue and had my car delivered in no time. Great Job All Day Auto Transport and I will use them again if I need to ship another car. more

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! they asked me to pay a deposit of $195 so they can start looking for a driver and the day came of when i was supposed to ship my vehicle and it never happened and they told me it was gona happen but never said when so i decided to cancel and go with someone else, so they sent me a check and guess what it bounced till now im still tryn to get my money bak i call them and they dont answer so i put a dispute with my bank and awaiting to get my money bak, they said there were tha best company, if your military ur gona have a hard time getting ur car shipped or if you pay and cancel good luck on getting ur money bak, thanks company for f***king over a army soldier! more

Our college daughter needed a new vehicle & I couldnt take off work to get her one & we were in a bind. A friend suggested we check you out. I initially thought there was no way I could afford it and that it wasnt even an option for us. But, for $690 you transported our car, without a scratch, and on time, from Dallas, TX to San Diego, CA. Thats more than fair. It would have cost me more than that for time off and gas alone. I can now rest well at night knowing that she has a reliable vehicle again and is safe. Your entire staff (particularly your sales rep Jenna) was fantastic! They were there all day to answer any questions we had, put us at ease, and did it all with a smile. They were great! Our entire experience with you exceeded our expectations. I was refereed to by a family member, and I can't be any happier with the way things turned out. First off, the price was extremely low, from NY to CA, was around $1200, I expected it to be much more, the service is an A+++, they arrived 15 minutes early, which was impressive. All Day Auto Transport offered a great service and was an excellent help. I could contact the driver and kept in touch with him throughout the process and I was informed of everything during the move. I shipped my car from Florida to Washington and the price was reasonable and convenient. All Day Auto is impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I made contact with the sales agent Kim and she was very professional and helpful besides being very nice, she made the process very simple and provided me with all info I needed. I needed to ship my vehicle from Florida to California and I was absolute horrified by the thought of it. I just knew that I was going to pay out the butt on it, but after speaking with All Day Auto Transport, my fears were relieved. Justin, the representative, was great. He explained the whole process to me, all of the costs associated to it, and was very understanding of my questions. He maintained a high level of professionalism, even when I seemed confused by simple responses. Of course, at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is that the vehicle arrives safe, and that is exactly what happened. I have never had to have a vehicle shipped before so honestly didn't know what I was doing at all!! After finding some great reviews I decided to use All Day Auto Transport to ship a vehicle I purchased from California. more

HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been trying to get reimbursed on a cancellation since April. I have all the back up to prove I cancelled in the amount of time, have called and discussed with Daniel the manager, he approved it and said he was sending a check (in August!) and now when I call, the company won't take my calls since they have caller ID. Daniel, the manager, and everyone there places me on hold and won't come back on the line. It's ridiculous. I complained to the BBB and now All Day is claiming that there are no refunds. Hello All Day - I have the proof you were in the wrong. We went through this two months ago and now their stance is 'let's ignore the customer' instead of dealing with the issue. more

I need to have some car shipping to a client of mine in New York. All Day Auto Transport had the best auto transport quotes. All the other guys were higher priced and not as professional. All Day Auto Transport had great customer service. And the vehicles showed up in a reasonable amount of time, with no scratches or issues what so ever. more
