I couldn't say enough good things about All Creatures!
My family and I have been taking our family pets to All Creatures for years, but my husband and I recently got a dog of our own and I was able to witness how great they are on a one on one level.
The staff is really friendly and genuinely care about the animals that come into the hospital. They even have pictures of their own pets and pets they've helped on a slideshow in the waiting area. The waiting area also has refreshments and plenty of waiting space.
The veterinarians and vet techs are really gentle with our dog, and they remember him when we bring him in each time, which is great because I feel like they really want to get to know him. The rooms are also exceptionally clean and tidy every time we have to come by.
A couple of days after each visit, someone from All Creatures calls to check up and see how our dog is doing. They want to make sure that he's getting better, not just give him some meds and send him out like some other animal hospitals do.
A couple of years ago my mom had to have her cat put down because he was really really sick and wasn't going to get any better, so we took him to All Creatures. We were both devastated by the loss of our cat, but the staff handled it with such sensitivity. They told us not to worry about paying the fee, that they'd bill us later, which was really thoughtful because it sucks to have to say goodbye to your friend and then have to pay the euthanasia bill 5 minutes afterwards.
I'll always remember how caring they were and I don't think we'll ever go somewhere else!
