Friendly, good service, on time and fairly priced service 1/1/2014

Surprised this visit--I noticed that three fluid levels (antifreeze, windshield washer, power steering) had not been "topped-off" to marked-line. Guess this isn't of major importance but should have been done! Otherwise, service was great! Thanks more

I didn't have to wait, and the bill was less than my Honda dealer. Both good things, of course. I'm not a mechanic, so cannot speak to the quality of the work more

Warranty of work 10/23/2013

A week after replacement of rack & pinion steering, there was product failure. Without question, without hesitation, All County made good for the entire cost of replacment. Wonderful! more

Excellent customer service 10/3/2013

Very impressed with All-County Automotive. Attentive customer service, quick to get my work scheduled and completed. They seem to be very knowledgeable and honest. The mechanic showed me every issue on the car while it was up on the lift and explained what needs to be done now and what can wait. None of that stupid "hype" and scare tactics that so many auto service places seem to use on me. (Perhaps because I'm a woman). I will definitely bring all my service work here in the future. more

Great Service 9/10/2013

Late Friday afternoon we had a flat tire. To our surprise, we need 4 new tires. As quickly as they could they ordered 4 new tires and put them on for our week-end travels. They made it just by 5:OO. more

I really wasn't too happy that there were further issues with my son's car. However, Steve understood the cost parameters involved & worked diligently to find another solution (understatement) & fixed all the problems! more
