I've been taking my three children to Doctor Jones for 4 years now. She is an awesome doctor. I love the way she always takes the time to educate me when my kids come up with a new health problem I've never seen before. She also is really good about helping me monitor their weight, as they all are at risk for obesity. The only con is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone when calling their office. If you press the options for a same day appt or for a well child appt you are guaranteed to have to leave a message. They are really good about calling back within a couple hours, but it still is a pain to be left hanging every time. I suffer through it, as well as the 25 minute drive from my new home to their office, because of Dr. Jones. She's worth the wait. I took my son here for his first appointment, they seemed friendly. The office was really decorated nicely for the kids entertainment. I found it a little warm in the waiting area. Other then that, I didn't have to wait too long for his appointment. Dr Jones is really nice. I think I found my children a new pediatrician. I have been seeing Dr. Jones for almost 2 years now. She is very good with children and even tho we have moved out to Phoenix, i still take both of my children to her. There is short waiting time and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend all about kids pediatrics to anyone. Pros: Short Waiting time Cons: Parking more

Dr. Shoptaugh takes care of my daughter who is 20 months old. It has been great working with her this past year and half. She is very knowledgeable and has worked in places around the world like Nepal. I really like her attitude of helping a childs immune system develop, and not give her unnecessary medicine. Even though we live 35-40 minutes away, we are going to continue going to Dr. Shoptaugh. The staff is very friendly and deals very well with little children. And there is very little waiting for your appointment. Pros: Very little waiting room time. Cons: Rooms could use a little more kiddie decorations. more

My son and daughter (5 years age difference) have both been seeing Dr. Shoptaugh since they were born. The office is always kept nice and clean, friendly employees, and terrific Dr. Even moving from Tempe out about 35 min...I still have Dr. Shoptaugh as their Dr. Dr. Shoptaugh has a wonderful relationship with her patients and answers all questions thoroughly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED more

The office staff was rude and mean. Office manager seems cold and uncaring, even to staff. Dr. Jones is a fine doctor, but she's basically the only thing good about the office. more

Dr Shoptaugh is a wonderful doctor; she has taken care of both of my sons since birth. I always get a same day appointment when they are ill and the rountine check-ups are always nice, I have never had to wait in the waiting room like I do with other Dr's offices. I will continue to bring my children to her and will gladly recommend her to anyone. more

My son has been seeing Dr. Lyndy Jones since he was one month old and we switched from his initial pediatrician. She has been consistently good for the last three years. She is practical and not overly swayed by trends. She also doesn't tend to offer unsolicited parenting advice - but she will help when asked or she sees a problem. Her staff is also very nice. Her nurse knows us even though we aren't in very often. There is another doctor in the practice, Dr. Shoptaugh in case you need to get in and Dr. Jones isn't there. However, the practice is still small enough to provide a higher level of service. PROS: Small Practice, Smart Doctors CONS: None more
