Editorial review from Citysearch 10/17/2014

We used AAA for about 3 years until we just got fed up with their incompetence! They never got our pets chart updated even though we gave them the info multiple times and the final time we went there the experience was horrendous. Our 2 year old cat had diarrhea and was extremely lethargic when we took him in. He was so sick that he defacated on me in the car on the way to the office (I didn't care because he's my baby). When we got there I was crying because he was so sick and before they even put us in a room they wanted to know how we were paying for the visit. I understand he needs to be paid, but seriously??? Once we got in a room and the Dr came he was very cold and nonchalant about our pets illness(even though I was still crying). Almost $300 and a 5 minute office visit later, I was furious! We now go to Villa Rica Animal Hospital...wonderful folks! more

Had a HORRIBLE experience with All About Animals 7/26/2011

My family had a HORRIBLE experience with All About Animals on June 28, 2011. We were very disappointed with the way our 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, Bailey, was treated when we took her in for a severely injured leg. In the past, we have taken our animals there to get their shots and check-ups, and have received decent care for the minor things. However, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using All About Animals for sick or injured animals. After this horrible experience, my family will NOT be taking any of our pets back there again for any reason, not even shots! Dr. Lipham failed to render care to our pet and allowed her to lay in her own blood, hurting and in shock from 7:50 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. at which time he finally told us that "he had looked her over briefly but had not done much for her because he assumed that we would just put her down (euthanize her) rather than wanting to spend a bunch of money on orthopedic surgery to repair her leg. more

Excellent Vet! 5/25/2011

Dr. Lipham and his staff are just wonderful! I have two dogs and one is an older dog that concerns me when we she gets sick. Dr. Lipham and the staff have listened, cared, and just made everything easier for my dogs and me. They call and check and I know they care and are calling for that reason! more

Trusted Friends! 9/10/2009

I went to UWG and took my dog to All About Animals after meeting a vet tech that LOVED dogs when some friends were playing softball! I brought my dog and she was so sweet to him and interested, I thought this vet HAS to be great! So - I took my dog, my roommate took hers. Where do I start. Well my roommate moved away and got a diagnosis that her dog needed fracture surgery. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on him and gearing up to go under the knife - she felt like she needed a second opinion. She went back to AAA - and lo and behold - he'd SPRAINED his ankle! He lost some weight and he's FINE now! Thank god she didn't get surgery.\r Now, I've moved back to Atlanta. Finding a new vet is scary, but I found one that was AAHA approved and went - and FIRST visit: all of sudden my dog needs surgery and they're scaring me and I don't feel comfortable at all with what they're proposing. Long story short: My dog is now 10. Has a fatty tumor (very common) and before even doing a scre more

The staff here is very friendly. You can get an appointment very easily usually the same day. They have a very short wait time and the place is kept very clean.
