Good Food and Service, but probably not as good as Picasso at Bellagio, and a little pricier as well. The restaurant has a great view of the strip from the top of the palms. Not an overtly romantic spot, lots of tables close to eachother and the sound tends to carry. We had the chef's tasting menu and wine pairings. The pairings definitely complemented the food very well. Some of the best fois gras we have had.
