Food Great. Service Poor, 5-10-2010, 6PM 5/20/2010

This was our first visit and had great expectations from all the awards they garnered in the past. The hostess that greeted us was wonderful. Our waitress was another story. With each encounter, as the meal progressed, it was apparent that she would be better suited at a take out window or behind a bar. We were stunned at her lack of manners and course speech. 20 years ago, I had experiences with the owner, Alfred Pellegrini, at the west shore Mercedes Benz Dealership where he usually lost his temper over something about his vehicle, made a scene, talking and acting like white trash. It's a shame his mannerisms have apparently passed on to this waitress. Pros: The Mansion Cons: Service not commensurate with prices more
