Customer Service is the BEST! 4/10/2014

FIAT in Tacoma customer service is the best. The staff is prefessional and friendly. The showroom is nice and clean. The Service department is AWESOME! They have always taken care of my needs. This is the 3rd FIAT I have purchased. I Love FIATs and FIAT of Tacoma. more

Car shopping can be fun! 4/10/2014

The staff were fun to work with and made car shopping a pleasant experience. This is not your usual hard sell experience. They also did a great job keeping the family comfortable while I shopped. I am having a great time driving the car I wanted, not the car they thought I needed! Yeah for being a 'service' oriented sales team! more

Recall re automatic transmission on 500L 4/10/2014

All went well but now the window washer does not spray, either the front or the back windshield. Don't know if this is related to the work done on the recall but have an appt for tomorrow morning for that problem to be addressed -- might be as simple as a disconnect. more

Great customer service! 4/8/2014

Went down to get an aftermarket license plate mount installed and it was done quickly and efficiently. One of the sales reps even layed on the ground in a full blown suit to screw the plate on for me ! Thanks to Vic and Zach more

Hooray for Service! 4/5/2014

I was helped the moment I parked my car. I was running late, so I gave them a call to let them know, and they were very friendly over the phone. Zack took a look at my car and explained everything thoroughly and in layman's terms (which I needed), and gave me a follow up call the next day. Thanks, guys! more

Super personable experience! And I got a great deal 4/4/2014

Pamela is fabulous. By the end of the time we spent together we were sharing pictures of our pets to one another and she helped me name my car! Love the authentic Italian element. Also Dean in the finance department was awesome. He had a great sense of humor and really helped me understand what I was getting myself into as a first time car buyer. more

Sales-rep & Selection. 4/4/2014

I was impressed by the "Can Do!" Attitude of my Sales-representative, Lyudmila Zaytsev. She saw to the sale... My purchase... From finding just the right Model... All the way to the end. The selection available at "The Studio"(on the lot) was impressive, when compared to two other Fiat Dealerships I'd previously visited. more

Greased Lighting! 3/31/2014

Scheduled a 30K service for a saturday morning. I was expecting it to take all day so I had a second car come pick me up to run weekend errands. There were four vehicles ahead of me, so I figured I'd get my Fiat back either in the evening or the next day. To my surprise, my service was done in under 3 hours! I don't know how you guys did it, but my car runs like a dream and I was at the dealership less than 20 minutes altogether! I didn't even get all my errands done before I came back! Thanks to Dustin Leeberg for making sure my car was up to speed and for his more than timely service! more
