My aunt and uncle were looking to find someone who really knew what they were doing as far as cleaning their oriental carpet. My aunt asked us if we knew anybody, and although we hadn't used them, our neighbors had just had their rug cleaned by Alexander's Rug & Furniture Company. I gave the contact info to my aunt and they wound up using them. They did a great job! The rug looks brand new now and has been fully restored to it's luster and beauty. It took about two weeks to get the rug done, but it was time well spent. Whew!
