Hello iam bride from brasil i loved alegrias brides specially the service. The girl who helped me her name is gigi was the best service i had she made my experience amazing, i was alone shopping for my dress and she made me feel like i was talking to my best friend and not just the sales person. While i was in the store i met another girl from brasil who had just buy her dress with gigi and she was very happy i recomend all the brides to go to her and you wont regret it. While the customer service may be great here, the alterations team is HORRIBLE! They butchered my dress. I had to pay an additional $250 in alterations at another salon who was gracious enough to fix my dress. The alterations team was truly appalled at the lack of quality on the seams. It bulged it places that should've been flat and the interior lining of the dress looked like a blind child had sewn it. Feel free to buy your dress at Alegria, just DO NOT let their alterations team lay a hand on your dress! more

I absolutely love Alegria's Brides ! My sister bought her dress there 16 years ago and a couple of my cousins have bought theirs there too, so naturally I went there to get mine. The staff was amazing and so sweet! I tried on so many dresses and even re-tried a couple, to make the right decision. They were so helpful the whole time. I found my dress and bought it that day! The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide selection! I would definitely recommend them to any bride. more

The ladies who work there tried on 1 dress on me and because I was emotional (it was my first wedding dress try-on ever...duh), bullied me into buying it. They made an invoice and after started asking how I was paying. The rest is a blur. I left the store and called right after I go into my car to tell them I felt pressured and wanted to cancel. They refused. HATE THIS PLACE. more

I was out with my bridesmaids looking for their dresses. A lady named Sandra was helping us and asked me when my wedding was and I said November 14th. She said, ""its really late, you need to buy something now"". Did not like the pressure. After selecting some dresses, another lady came to help us (cant remember her name, but wore glasses and dressed in black) and led us to a fitting room. One of my bridesmaid's is around a size 14 and big breasted. This lady humiliated her in front of us by saying that she would rip the dress if she would try it on. I took the dress to verify and it certainly seemed large enough. I asked her to clarify what she said. She insisted that it would not fit as it would not go through her body. After being completely humiliated in front of us, my bridesmaid put it on (at my request) and guess what... it fit fine. She stopped trying on dresses and insisted my other bridesmaid (skinny) try hers on. I was so upset, I let it happen but after 1-2 dresses I asked her to put on her clothes and we walked out of the store. When we walked out, my bridesmaid burst into tears out of the humiliation she had experienced. We will NEVER go back. Pros: central location among many bridal stores Cons: humiliating service more

After bridal dress shopping at several locations, a friend recommended Alegria's. Since it was on Miracle Mile, I was first hesitant thinking it may be too expensive as I had a $1000 budget or a sense I may feel out of place. On the contrary! The staff was incredible from the moment I entered! They were extremely attentive to what I was looking for in my price range. I actually bought the first dress I tried on... and any bride who has shopped for a dress knows that is almost impossible. But I can honestly say they made my experience a memorable one.
